The Sales Coordinator is a key member of the success of the sales team. Primary duties of this role include supporting the Sales and Senior Management teams by providing administrative support in all areas from greeting guests to answering phones, creating spreadsheets, and completing special projects as assigned allowing you to be the first face and voice our clients will meet. A key component for the position will be to work with all areas of our PEAK Event Services team from the sales team to the managers and production teams; seeing many aspects of the business. This position reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager. This position is located in Woburn, MA.The Day-to-DayGreets showroom guests with enthusiasmMaintain the showroom before and after appointments so it remains market readyAnswer and direct phone calls according to PEAK standardsLearn the Company's POR, Salesforce, and Vonage systems and assists with filing and maintaining important files and informationComplete special projects as needed assigned by the Sales, Finance, Human Resources and Executive teamsWork collaboratively and communicate with internal departments to provide smooth transition of detailsCoordinate and schedule activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for the Sales and Senior Management teamsSort and distribute the Company's mailCommunicate phone messages to the teamProofread copies for spelling and grammatical mistakes, making corrections as needed.
