We are not looking for someone who wants a desk-only job. We need someone who can keep materials organized, support daily install flow, communicate clearly, and step in physically when needed.What You’ll DoCoordinate flooring installation jobs and help keep projects moving on scheduleCommunicate with installers, customers, stores, and internal team membersOrganize and stage materials for upcoming jobsOperate a forklift safely to load, unload, move, and organize materialsMaintain accurate job notes, scheduling updates, and warehouse organizationHelp resolve day-to-day issues involving materials, job readiness, and install supportSupport overall operations so crews have what they need and customers stay informedWhat We’re Looking ForPrior experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, project coordination, or installation support Forklift experience requiredStrong organization and follow-throughComfortable using computers, email, and basic Microsoft Office toolsAble to handle both hands-on warehouse work and coordination/admin tasks Strong communication and sense of urgencyFlooring, home improvement, distribution, or supply-house experience is a plusWhat We’re Not Looking ForSomeone who wants a quiet office job with minimal movementSomeone who is not comfortable working in both the warehouse and on the computerSomeone who needs constant reminders to stay on top of basic tasksSomeone who avoids communication, accountability, or problem-solvingSomeone who cannot handle a fast-moving environment with shifting prioritiesWhy Join FISFIS is a growing operation built on accountability, execution, and results.
