Job description:The System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems within industrial plants.They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure reliable operationResponsibilities:System Design: Develop and design control systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions for plant equipment and processes.Integration: Integrate various subsystems (such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS) to create a cohesive and efficient plant-wide system.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to plant systems, ensuring minimal downtime.Process Optimization: Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Maintenance: Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and preventive measures.Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering.Experience: Prior experience in industrial automation, control systems, or process engineering.Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.Familiarity with P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams).Strong problem-solving abilities.
