Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Location: Sunnyvale, CA (5 days onsite)Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 + equityOur client, an innovative Silicon Valley software company, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support its rapidly growing, engineering-focused organization.This is an opportunity to join a high-impact People team at a company operating at the forefront of complex, cutting-edge systems. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can partner effectively with leaders while also executing on core People initiatives in a fast-paced environment.The OpportunityAs an HRBP, you will play a key role in driving People programs and supporting leaders across the organization. You'll own critical aspects of the employee lifecycle while helping to identify and implement initiatives that enhance performance, development, and overall team effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders and teams to support and execute People strategies and initiativesOversee and contribute to a range of People Operations and HR-related projectsOwn key components of the employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, and career progressionConduct regular check-ins with employees and managers to assess engagement, performance, and development needsIdentify individual, team, and leadership development opportunities and recommend actionable solutionsSupport and facilitate People programs, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and scalabilityAct as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee-related matters and best practicesIdeal Background3–5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with an additional 1–2 years in a Human Resources Generalist or similar roleHands-on experience supporting and executing People programs in a fast-paced environmentStrong operational mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through executionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levelsExperience in high-growth or engineering-driven organizations is a strong plusCulture & EnvironmentHigh-growth, innovation-driven company (~1,500 employees) with a startup mindsetPredominantly engineering and product-focused organizationTalent from leading tech companies and disruptive startupsFast-paced, collaborative, and execution-oriented cultureIdeal for individuals who are energized by being onsite, working closely with teams, and contributing to rapid growthThis is a unique opportunity to help shape the employee experience at a company pushing the boundaries of advanced technology and scaling at an impressive pace.
