Answer multi-line phones and take messages in a cordial manner.Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail.Schedule appointmentsRoute calls to specific personnel.Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.Data EntryMaintain company files in an organized manner.Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.Copying/scanning/faxing/emailing.Perform basic filing and clerical duties.Assist brokers with client communications.Take initiative to offer assistance to others whenever possible.Ensure reception area is tidy.Available to work different shiftsFollow all rules, policies, and procedures of employmentBilingual in Spanish
