General Duties Of a Shift Lead Include Delivering outstanding in-store customer experience, including providing thorough accurate information on Läderach productsExecuting product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment.Targeting the store sales goals through helpful recommendationsHelping to achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.Following merchandising and food safety protocolsSupporting store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projectsCounting the RegisterOpening and closing the storeTraining and directing Store AssociatesKeeping the store running when there is no manager on duty.A shift lead will also help the Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in the following:Counting inventoryDamage out merchandiseDoing returnsHelping with ordersDesired Qualifications IncludeAt least 2 years of experience in premium retail or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment (preferably within the food industry), with increasing levels of responsibilityEquipped with strong interpersonal skills (ability to communicate effectively)Reliable and flexible (including the availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holiday hours based on store needs)Quality-minded with keen attention to detailAbility to speak multiple languages.Passionate about chocolate
