DescriptionRobert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle AR process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.Duties:Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on timePost cash receipts and apply payments to customer accountsMonitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balancesCommunicate with customers regarding billing discrepancies and payment issuesPerform account reconciliations and resolve variancesMaintain accurate customer account records in the systemCollaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounting) to resolve issuesAssist with month-end close processes related to ARSupport audit requests and documentation as neededRequirements2+ years of accounts receivable or billing experienceExperience with an ERP systemStrong Excel skills (basic formulas, ability to manage data)Excellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
