Aerospace Training Specialist

A company is looking for an Aerospace Employee Training & Instructing Specialist level 5. Key Responsibilities Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives Deliver training content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives Coach and develop less experienced instructors while leading projects to produce educational deliverables Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in aerospace and/or engineering support Experience in coaching, instructing, or as an employee development specialist Experience with detailed work instructions or interpreting blueprints and drawings 15+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Experience designing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum is preferred
