The Community Administrator is responsible for managing the majority of day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 7–10 communities, working closely alongside a licensed Community Manager. This role is central to delivering timely, organized, and responsive service to residents, while coordinating with vendors and supporting the overall needs of each community.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service who’s ready to take on meaningful responsibility, operate with growing independence, and build a long-term career in community association management.What You’ll Do:Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, responding to questions and requests in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate vendors and service providers, including scheduling, access, and follow-upManage administrative tasks such as move-ins/move-outs, deliveries, work orders, and resident communicationsPrepare and distribute notices, updates, and routine correspondenceAssist with tracking tasks, documentation, and follow-through to ensure community needs are metVisit properties as needed to drop off materials, meet vendors, or support on-site needCollaborate with the assigned Community Association Manager to escalate higher-level issues when appropriateSkills You Bring:Previous experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, customer service, or a related fieldExtremely strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and multitask effectivelyComfort and agility with tech: you have experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and can learn new programs quicklyA proactive mindsetInterest in long-term growth within community or property managementWork Environment & ScheduleHybrid scheduleLocal travel to properties is required; mileage is reimbursed#J-18808-Ljbffr
