You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and executive leadership to ensure IMPEX delivers high-quality, high-value outcomes for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Delivery OwnershipServe as the primary point of contact for Professional Services engagements across IMPEX's enterprise and mid-market clientsLead project scoping, requirements gathering, and solution definition for infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity projectsOversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetManage customer expectations, executive communication, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycleBuild strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and technical teamsProfessional Services OperationsDevelop and refine IMPEX delivery methodologies, templates, and best practicesPartner with Sales to support pre-sales scoping, LOE estimates, and SOW developmentTrack project financials including forecasting, margins, and revenue recognitionManage resource allocation and utilization across internal engineers and external partnersDrive continuous improvement across delivery processes, documentation, and customer experienceTeam Leadership & CollaborationProvide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and escalation support to IMPEX engineers and consultantsCollaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and unified customer experienceCustomer Success & GrowthEnsure customers achieve measurable outcomes and maximize value from IMPEX solutionsIdentify opportunities for follow-on services, expansion, and long-term account growthConduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learnedRepresent Professional Services in internal strategy discussions and roadmap planningRequired Qualifications7-10 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Engagement Management within an IT solutions provider, VAR, MSP, or systems integratorProven experience leading complex technical projects involving infrastructure, cloud, networking, or cybersecurityStrong understanding of OEM ecosystems (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Dell, VMware, Nutanix, Cisco)Experience with SOW creation, project financials, and delivery governanceExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presenceAbility to manage multiple concurrent engagements in a fast-paced environmentPMP certification requiredCompensationAnnual Salary: $130,000- $175,000
