Business system Analyst
Akkodis is seeking a Business system Analyst for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX/ Tampa, FL/ Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to align deliverables and overseeing testing activities to ensure high‑quality product deployment.Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Business System Analyst Job Responsibilities IncludeGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new systems and enhancements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.Lead requirements elicitation sessions including interviews, JAD sessions, workshops, and surveys to define functional and non‑functional requirements.Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, QA, and development teams to translate business objectives into technical deliverables and support the full SDLC.Conduct impact analysis, GAP analysis, and root‑cause assessments to drive process improvements and support decision‑making.Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and RTMs, and support UAT and regression testing to ensure quality releases.Coordinate API integration and ETL activities by defining interface requirements, mapping documents, and validating data across OLTP and OLAP systems.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 7–8 years of hands‑on experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven experience participating in SAFe ceremonies.Demonstrated ability to lead requirements elicitation and create detailed documentation including BRDs, SRS, use cases, and process flows.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
