This role tracks and traces perishable goods from origin to inter-transit locations from Warehouse and 3PL storage to clients destination. Coordinates with freight brokers, negotiates with carriers as needed and for inter-transit, NVOCC, reviews Tariffs and additional cost factors and invoices, monitors shipments in time-zones from Europe to US, ensures timely deliveries and or communicates delays with internal and external parties, resolves escalated issues. Use of Excel including vlookup and pivot table functions to manage a high volume of data and for reporting; and internal ERP software.
