As a part of our award-winning healthcare team serving the Wichita Metro Area, you'll work in an environment that supports both your professional growth and personal well-being.Were currently seeking dedicated Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our Medical and Surgical Units .What You Will Do:Assist with patient care under the direction of RNs/LPNs.Support patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing procedures.Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly.Serve as a valued member of the interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications:Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED (completed or in progress).Completion of a Patient Care Technician training course preferred. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required (can be obtained upon hire).PCT certification required within 120 days of hire on-the-job training available .NMC Health offers competitive pay with rich differentials.
