Please apply today!Responsibilities:Maintain and organize all case files, and information with regard to engagement, whether electronic or paper, in accordance with firm policiesAssist attorneys with all aspects of case management, including docketing deadlines, billing, and providing reminders as necessaryInform clients and outside counsel on case status as requestedYou'll be opening insurance claims, along with assisting clients with getting treatment for injuriesPreparing a demand package and assisting with settlement negotiationsQualifications:Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at onceEffective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are needed2 years of prior experience in pre-litigation personal injury case managementPrevious legal/case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant at a law firmAbout Company:At John Michael Bailey Injury Lawyers, we take pride in treating clients like family.
