We are seeking a Full-Time Brand Ambassador who is passionate about fine fragrances and creating unforgettable client experiences. In this premier setting, storytelling is at the heart of everything we do—transporting guests through scent and history while delivering exceptional service that captures the magic of Penhaligon’s. The role supports sales goals, upholds brand standards, and contributes to the overall success of the counter within Bloomingdale’s 59th Street.About the Brand:With over 150 years of olfactory excellence, Penhaligon’s has enchanted fragrance lovers with its distinctly British heritage and exquisite craftsmanship. From our storied past to our commitment to sustainability through initiatives like Reuse & Make New, we continue to follow our noses to a brighter future.What You’ll Do:Welcome clients and provide personalized fragrance consultations based on their preferences and lifestyle.Introduce clients to Penhaligon’s heritage, ingredients, and craftsmanship through engaging storytelling.Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales goals by building trust and creating a loyal client base.Maintain visual and operational standards to reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic.Support inventory management and ensure stock levels meet daily business needs.Participate in store events, fragrance launches, and brand activations to enhance the client experience.Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inviting, professional, and client-focused environment.What We’re Looking For:Previous retail experience, ideally within luxury beauty or fragrance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients through product knowledge and storytelling.A passion for service excellence and enthusiasm for achieving sales goals.Flexibility to work variable retail hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special brand events.Commitment to working collaboratively with teammates to deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect Penhaligon’s values.Compensation:As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected hourly rate for this position ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 an hour.
