Associate Director Marketing HCP PromotionThe position is responsible for the execution of the HCP strategy, evaluation of market conditions, identification of issues and opportunities within the therapeutic category (CNS/Neurology), development of campaigns/tactics which target Health Care Providers (HCPs) aligned with the overarching brand strategies and objectives. The Associate Director reports to the Marketing Director and works with internal Teva colleagues, sales coworkers and agency partners to develop HCP content and prepare for their implementation and launch.HCP Strategy and Tactics:Implement the overall marketing strategy including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience identification.Work closely with all agency partners to lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, personal, non-personal, KOL engagement, congresses and other relevant platformsEvolve HCP messaging and campaign elementsIdentify and pursue opportunities to drive brand growthDiagnose obstacles to brand growth and work collaboratively to provide solutionsAssist in the annual brand planning processManage and coordinate all HCP and KOL programs and effortsBrand Management:Analyzes market data and information to make informed decisionsPartner with field sales force, sales leadership, and sales training to develop and execute promotional efforts and training initiativesAnalyze market data and information to help inform tactical and strategic decision makingLead and participate in sales and marketing planning meetingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, (Market Access, Sales, Operations, Medical, PARC) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.Responsible for the promotional approval process of materialsFollow all policies and proceduresEvaluate and maximize ROI on marketing projects/programsAbility to manage people and processes without a direct reporting structureCustomer Facing Interactions (Internal and External to Teva):Brand liaison to all customer facing teamsWorks collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution of the brand planSales TrainingMarket Access AgenciesOther teams and team members as neededAttend HCP customer meetings as well as other business-related meetings and congressesDeliver effective and informative presentations to customer facing functions and Sr. ManagementYour experience and qualifications:Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. Education/Certification/Experience: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or master's degree in marketing preferred A minimum of 7 years' experience in pharmaceuticals with 5 years of marketing experience is required. Prior sales experience is strongly desired. Prior experience with HCP marketing is strongly preferred. Experience in managing an Agency of Record or other agencies that support a brand required Experience in CNS/Neurology strongly preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required Strong pharmaceutical industry and business acumen Able to draw insights from variety of sources, understand market and competition. Compiles relevant data from appropriate sources and performs analysis with a recommendation. Synthesizes complex and diverse information, recognizes trends and/or interrelationships. Ability to meet objectives and deadlines Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal partners and vendors. Demonstrated leadership ability including cross-functional and global teams Manage complexity and urgency Travel Requirements: Approximately 30% throughout the US.Compensation Data The annual starting salary for this position is between $154,000 192,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
