*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. *Responsibilities* * Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. * Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. * Take accurate orders using the Aloha POS system or similar technology. * Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. * Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments. * Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. * Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. * Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. *Skills* * Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems. * Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques. * Understanding of food safety standards within the food industry. * Previous experience in sales or upselling is highly desirable. * Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity. * Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
