Title: SharePoint Digital Experience AdminLocation: Newark, DE 19702 (Hybrid)Duration: 4 Months Contract + ExtensionJob Description: Terms of Employment W2 Contract, 4 monthsThis position is hybrid ( 3 days onsite per week).The office is located in Newark, Delaware.Overview OCM Community of Excellence Site Refresh & RedesignThe OCM Community of Excellence is seeking a junior contractor to support the refresh and redesign of the Enterprise OCM SharePoint site. This role will help transform approved concepts and content into a modern, engaging, and user-friendly experience that connects employees to OCM tools, resources, learning, community, and support.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and update modern SharePoint pages and site contentTranslate wireframes and mockups into SharePoint page designsCreate graphics, banners, icons, infographics, and visual assetsDevelop and edit short videos, animations, and multimedia contentApply Exelon branding, accessibility, and design standardsImprove navigation, usability, and overall user experienceSupport content organization, page layouts, and visual storytellingIncorporate stakeholder feedback and make design enhancementsRequired SkillsSharePoint site design and content managementGraphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)Video editing, animation, and multimedia productionUser experience (UX) and information architectureContent creation and digital storytellingMicrosoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Stream, Forms, Viva Engage)Strong visual design, communication, and collaboration skillsExperience leveraging AI tools to create graphics, content, videos, and digital experiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting internal communications, learning, HR, or change management initiativesFamiliarity with employee experience and adoption-focused digital platformsKnowledge of accessibility and modern web design best practicesSincerely,Preetam RajTeam Lead, Talent AcquisitionnTech Workforce Inc.D: 410-505-4857E: preetam@ntechworkforce.compreetam(at)ntechworkforce(dot)com
