Pay - $23/hour Shift - 5 pm to 1:30 am Summary We are seeking a Floor Technician to join our team at TESCO, Inc. This role is crucial for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of flooring surfaces across our facilities. The Floor Technician will play a key role in upholding our commitment to a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees. Responsibilities Perform routine floor care tasks including cleaning, buffing, and polishing floors. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to ensure high standards of appearance. Utilize appropriate equipment and chemicals for effective cleaning processes. Inspect floors regularly to identify any maintenance needs or damage. Collaborate with the custodial team to maintain overall cleanliness of the facility. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all duties. Requirements Proven experience in floor care or custodial services preferred. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment is essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with environmental services practices is a plus.
