This position coordinates across internal teams, external partners, and providers to ensure efficient staffing processes, accurate scheduling, and clear, consistent communication throughout all stages.Key Responsibilities:Staffing & Recruitment SupportServe as primary liaison between vendor partners and contracted recruitersSubmit qualified candidates and track progress through the hiring pipelineMonitor training, credentialing, and onboarding milestonesMaintain accurate candidate records within the HRIS platformTrack and report recruitment metricsCommunicate regularly with candidates to provide updates throughout the hiring processDistribute onboarding materials and ensure timely completionNotify vendor partner upon candidate's completion of training and credentialingAssist with start date coordination and initial schedulingSupport mentorship coordination for new providers Scheduling & Provider SupportCreate, manage, and distribute monthly provider schedulesCommunicate availability changes to vendor partner in a timely mannerServe as primary point of contact for scheduling inquiriesEnsure all schedule updates are accurate and clearly communicated Administrative & Operational SupportMaintain and update internal documentation, policies, and toolsManage data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistencyIdentify opportunities for process improvement and support implementationServe as a point of contact for providers, staff, and external partnersProvide general administrative and operational supportPrepare and distribute new-hire welcome materialsCoordinate regular reporting and insights to leadership
