Lead Native Android Developer - LATAM Remote

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features while ensuring code quality and performance.This is a full-time remote position available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the legal right to work there.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:A track record as a technical leader with teamwide impactExperience leading development teams in an agile contextExperience decomposing and assigning work to your team membersExperience removing blockers, pulling devs out of blind alleys, and maintaining forward momentum7+ years of professional Android development experience with a strong focus on Java and KotlinDeep understanding of Android app architecture, design patterns, and UI/UX principlesProficiency in developing applications using Android SDK, Android Studio, and related frameworksHands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party librariesFamiliarity with version control systems like GitExperience working in an Agile development environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyB2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency with ability to communicate effectively in professional settings, both written and verbalIf you are excited about this position but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with all the listed skills, we encourage you to apply anyway.
