About The RoleAs a Program Director, Microsoft Modern Commerce, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the adoption and success of Microsoft's Modern Commerce platform across TD SYNNEX globally.This role sits at the center of a transformative shift-from a transactional model to a higher-value, solutions-driven business aligned to the Quantum Leap Program (QLP). You will help shape and execute a "Build Once - Use Everywhere" model, enabling scalable cloud solutions, services IP, and partner capabilities across regions.You'll collaborate with senior leaders, global platform teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to influence strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact.What You'll DoLead Global Program ExecutionDrive coordination and successful rollout of Microsoft Modern Commerce across the Americas, APJ, and EuropeEstablish program structure, governance, and operating cadence across teamsShape Strategy & AlignmentPartner with commercial, technical, operational, and functional leaders to define and evolve global cloud platform strategyConsolidate inputs into a clear, actionable roadmapDrive Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with TD SYNNEX platform teams (SCM, SES, TNG), Modern Commerce teams, and Microsoft QLP stakeholdersAlign priorities, resources, and timelines across global workstreamsProgram Governance & PerformanceManage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocationMonitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to maximize outcomesExecutive Engagement & CommunicationBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership internally and externallyDeliver clear, concise, and impactful updates, reporting, and presentationsCommercial & Market InsightMaintain awareness of evolving commercial opportunities and risksPartner with leadership to adjust strategy and accelerate growthWho We're Looking ForProven experience leading large-scale, global programs or Go-to-Market initiatives (typically 5-10+ years)Strong knowledge of the IT Channel ecosystem (distribution, MSP, hosting providers preferred)Experience working with or alongside Microsoft cloud programs highly preferredDemonstrated ability to:Influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organizationNavigate complexity and drive alignment across global teamsCombine strategic thinking with operational executionStrong business acumen with:Analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesKnowledge of program/project management methodologiesUnderstanding of financials, reporting, and performance trackingKey SkillsExecutive communication & stakeholder managementStrategic thinking & program leadershipCross-functional collaborationData-driven decision makingChange management & transformation leadershipPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with TD SYNNEX platforms (SCM, SES, TNG)Understanding of Microsoft Modern Commerce and cloud ecosystemExperience working in international, remote, and matrixed environmentsWorking ConditionsGlobal role requiring collaboration across multiple time zonesFlexibility to support international stakeholdersTravel required (domestic and international)Professional office or remote work environmentAt Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX Company, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
