Medical Coordinator

Looking for a Dispatcher to receive orders review for accuracy enter orders and dispatch exam to mobile X-ray and ultrasound techs to go to Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Home Health and Private Providers. Orders will be for X-rays, EKG's, Ultrasounds and Echocardiograms. Must be familiar with Medical Terminology. Primary job duties will be to answer high volume of calls, review orders, look for discrepancies according to our policy. Contact ordering provider or facility for corrected orders when needed. Create Orders and dispatch to appropriate tech based on schedule. Verify insurances. Knowledge of all surrounding cities and counties in Central Florida to include Orlando, Deland, Daytona, St. Augustine, New Smyrna, Melbourne areas. We have a few openings, Evening and Weekends.
