Paragon are searching for a talented C++ Engineer to join a high-performance market making team within a leading hedge fund.In this role, you’ll work at the core of a cutting-edge trading stack, building ultra-low-latency systems that operate in fast-paced global markets. You’ll collaborate closely with traders and quantitative researchers to design, develop, and optimize infrastructure that directly drives trading performance.Scope:• Develop and optimize low-latency C++ trading systems• Work on high-throughput, real-time market data processing• Collaborate with quants and traders to implement strategies• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliabilityExpectations:• Strong C++ (modern standards) expertise• Experience with low-latency or high-performance systems• Solid understanding of multithreading, networking, and memory optimization• Background in finance or trading systems is a plus (not essential)Please apply for more information.
