Surgical Tech Location: Lees Summit, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,928 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN license Certifications: Required certifications Must-Have: Knowledge of Meditech charting system Strong vascular skills Description: 2–6 days of call per month. Unit specifics include 5 operating rooms with a patient ratio of 1 RN to 1 patient. Staffing consists of 5–6 RNs and 6 techs on any given day, alongside 1 anesthesia tech and 1 OR analyst. Standard operating room equipment is utilized. The documentation system in use is Meditech. Scheduling requirements involve 10-hour shifts with some positions working from 0630 to 1700 and others from 1030 to 2100. There is no floating policy in effect. No specific patient experience requirements are necessary. Advanced skills are needed to perform a variety of procedures including orthopedic, spine, vascular, general surgery, colorectal, robotic, gynecological, and ENT procedures.
