PROGRAM MANAGER

Program Manager DutiesYou will serve as a Program Manager in the Logistics and Requirements Department (N4/8), Office of the Commander at Naval Cyber Defense Operations Command.You will develop detailed non-Manpower Program Memorandum Objective (POM) and related assessments via briefs, written papers, communications, and/or oral will gather, review, and direct contracting and integration timelines of new analytical technologies and techniques for improving methods, results, and procedures to meet emerging requirements, and ensures maximum productivity.You will ensure IT expenditures, are properly prepared, routed, advocated, and approved in the IT Procurement System.You will create business value through implementation of mission critical technology; strategic planning of command growth objectives; and ensures technology systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with command goals.You will oversee facilities and logistics, developing plans for appropriation and assignment of space, communication equipment, work stations and office/IT equipment to support command mission.You will oversee contractors that support facilities management and maintenance.You will collaborate with top management to negotiate, determine, schedule or coordinate supporting services.You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
