Job Title: Pega Developer - SSALocation: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite – Hybrid)Position Type: ContractJob SummarySeeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Pega SA to design, architect, and deliver scalable Pega solutions aligned with business needs.Design and architect Pega applications ensuring alignment with business requirements.Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements.Develop and configure Pega systems using best practices and Pega out-of-the-box features.Ensure high-quality implementation by adhering to Pega standards and guidelines.Maintain comprehensive documentation related to design, configuration, and deployment.Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.Participate in performance tuning and debugging activities to optimize application efficiency.Support modernization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of Pega application performance and reliability.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Pega projects including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.Take part in user story refinement and contribute to solution design discussions.Implement Pega applications focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.Create or modify unit tests to validate new functionalities.Participate in manual and automated testing activities to ensure application quality.Mentor junior Pega developers and provide technical guidance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations engineers, business specialists, and other developers.Proactively monitor application health and troubleshoot issues using logs and debugging tools.Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.Support incident resolution and problem management activities.Advocate for automation in deployment, testing, and monitoring processes to improve delivery efficiency.SkillsMandatory Skills: Pega SA (Senior Architect)
