Company: Workzone Industry: B2B SaaS: Project Management Software, Collaboration Tools Position: Senior Account Executive (Full-Cycle Rep) – Mid-Market, New Logos Location: Remote, United States Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 OTE with 55/45 Base-Commission split (no cap) GTM Motion: Mid-Market, ACV: $10K - $60K Focus: New logo acquisition in Higher Education Note: This is a full-cycle sales role requiring you to source your pipeline and drive deals to close to hit quota. What you will doProspecting: Source and qualify opportunities through your own outbound efforts. Build pipeline and advance deals through the various sales stages. Closing: Take your pipeline all the way to close, including negotiation and contracting. Exceed activity, pipeline, and bookings targets monthly and quarterly. Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation and the sales engine. Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders during complex sales cycles. Track opportunity and customer details (use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, forecasting) in Hubspot. Collaborate across teams – Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Qualifications / Requirements6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS selling experience(prospecting and closing). Experience selling into Mid-Market (ACV: $10K - $60K) . Experience selling into Higher Education . Good to have: Experience selling into Marketing and/or PMO, Ops teams. Good to have: Experience selling collaboration / project management platforms. Proven track record of exceeding quotawith clear quota attainment. Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales). Skilled in building business champions and prospecting via calls, emails, and social selling. Extensive experience with sales tools: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesloft; CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce); Zoom. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the timefor meetings, conferences, and events. Compensation details: $180K - $200K OTE, 55/45 base-commission split; 10% commission on ARR until quota; 12% on deals beyond quota, uncapped. Payout monthly.
