This is a working supervisor role—you’ll be in the lab, running tests, working with “the goop,” and leading by example.You’ll coach and guide your team to greatness, partner closely with production, and help us continuously improve how quality flows through our manufacturing process. An associates degree in STEM Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems. Experience with calipers, viscometers, or basic inspection tools.
