Elevation Wrap Co. Carbondale, Colorado We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Vinyl Wrap and PPF Installer with a proven track record of high-quality work. This role begins as a subcontractor position paid per panel, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time role after a 30-day evaluation period.Quality and consistency are extremely important to us, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works clean, and blends well within our company culture.ResponsibilitiesPerform full and partial vinyl wrap installations on cars, trucks, and commercial vehiclesInstall paint protection film (PPF) with precision and careConduct proper vehicle prep, including cleaning, decontamination, and surface readinessMaintain a clean workspace and follow best practices for material handlingEnsure all edges, inlays, seams, and cuts meet Elevation Wrap Co.’s quality standardsCommunicate professionally with team members and uphold our commitment to excellenceUnderstand the aftermarket automotive industry and its expectations for premium finishesIdeal Candidate QualificationsProven experience with vehicle wraps and PPF installations (required)Strong portfolio or work history demonstrating high-quality craftsmanshipMastery of all wrap components including:Surface prepMaterial stretching and shrinkingKnife-less tapeInlay techniquesPost-heatingExceptional attention to detail and eagerness to produce clean, flawless resultsKnowledgeable in the aftermarket automotive spaceReliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or with a teamPositive attitude and willingness to fit into a high-performance, creative shop cultureCompensationSubcontractor (per panel pay) for the first 30 daysPay rate based on experience and speed without sacrificing qualityOpportunity to transition to a full-time position after proving consistency, skill, and cultural fitTrial Period → Full TimeYou will begin with a few installs to assess:Quality of workEfficiencyTeam compatibilityCommunicationAfter 30 days, qualified installers will be offered a full-time role with expanded opportunities and consistent work.📨 How to ApplyPlease send:Your name & contact infoPortfolio or photos of previous wrap/PPF workSummary of your experienceAvailabilityEmail: elevationwrapco@gmail.comPhone: 970-930-7000
