Your primary responsibility is to manage the first phases of our consultative sales process, where the ultimate goal is to see prospects become customers. You will develop a relationship with your prospects and assist our Sales Executives as they begin to manage the relationship after meetings with prospects are scheduled.You will spend your day calling, emailing, and connecting with hiring leaders through the channels of connection you develop to introduce InnoSource solutions and secure meetings. You will work with our marketing team to develop sales materials to assist your sales process.If you enjoy competition, daily metrics, and the satisfaction of converting a cold call into a booked meeting, you will excel in this role.What You Will DoMake high-volume outbound calls daily to targeted prospectsDevelop multiple sources for outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channelsIdentify hiring decision makers and qualify potential opportunitiesBook qualified appointments for senior sales leadersBuild and maintain a consistent top-of-funnel pipelineTrack activity and outcomes in CRM systemsHit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targetsContinuously improve messaging and outreach strategyDevelop sales materials to assist your sales processPerformance ExpectationsMaintain a high volume of daily prospect outreach and conversations that lead to qualified meetings scheduled with our Sales Executives each month.
