The Ford Agency is searching for a proactive and service-oriented Recruiter to join our internal team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates and thrives in a collaborative environment committed to exceptional service. Responsibilities Include:Full-cycle recruitment for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary placementsScreen / interview candidates and assess candidacy for various client needsIdentify new clients and develop and foster strong relationships with existing clientsCollaborate with team on various business development and recruiting initiativesWork collaboratively with the team on broad range of openings Write and post advertisements and other online marketing content Qualifications Include:1+ year of experience recruiting, project management, or related experienceStaffing agency and/or business development experience a plusProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to stay organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environmentSuperior professional judgement and entrepreneurial mindset Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC. We represent a broad range of organizations including: non-profits, associations, legal, consulting, and government relations firms.
