Maintenance Technician

Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Roseburg, Or! This position works Monday-Friday. Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of building maintenance and duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (3) years of building maintenance experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience Primary Responsibilities Displays acceptable range of relevant knowledge toward building equipment maintenance and operations with the ability to self-manage daily tasks with little to no guidance required. Assembles and moves files cabinets, furniture, appliances, machinery and equipment. Operating power equipment such as mower, hedger, chain saw and other. Performs routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs, ballasts and light fixtures Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing and equipment repair or replacement. Performs preventative building maintenance duties such as caulking windows, replacing doorknobs and locks, minor roof repairs, cleaning gutters. Performs routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, fixing water leaks and leaking faucets. Painting interior and exterior walls. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
