If you enjoy working with tools, following detailed instructions, and building quality products, we encourage you to apply.Position: Industrial AssemblerShift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay: $20.00 per hourWhy Work Here?• First shift schedule with evenings and weekends free• Temp-to-hire opportunity• Clean and organized manufacturing environment• Opportunity to learn new skills and advance within the company• Stable company with long-term career potentialJob Duties:• Assemble mechanical and industrial components according to work instructions and engineering drawings• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to complete assemblies• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documentation• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met• Verify parts, materials, and components before assembly• Perform basic testing and quality checks on finished products• Maintain accurate production and assembly records• Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area• Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as neededQualifications:• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred• Ability to use hand and power tools safely• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions• Blueprint reading experience is a plus• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Reliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical Requirements:• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks• Ability to work in a manufacturing environmentIf you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
