This role is key in generating new business opportunities, managing outreach efforts, maintaining CRM data, and executing marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads into the pipeline. The ideal candidate has experience in fulfillment, or 3PL operations and is comfortable working across sales and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachIdentify and qualify potential customers within our ideal client profileManage and maintain accurate contact data, lead activity, and pipeline updates in HubSpotRespond to and qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-upTrack sales activity, outreach performance, and pipeline progress using HubSpotMaintain clear reporting on sales efforts, focusing on ROI, KPIs, and measurable resultsSupport scheduling of meetings and coordination with the sales teamAssist with marketing campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and other lead generation initiativesCreate and edit marketing materials, social media content, and assetsUtilize AI tools and apply prompt engineering for marketing or research tasksSupport campaign reporting and track marketing performanceAssist with development of prospect lists and audience targeting for campaignsQualifications3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or lead generation1+ year of experience in fulfillment, or 3PL operationsHubSpot experience required, including CRM management and lead trackingProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience using AI tools and effective prompting for marketing or research tasksStrong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detailWhy CIRROCompetitive pay and benefitsFast-growing, tech-forward companyCollaborative, global team cultureRoom for growth in a high-impact roleCIRRO Fulfillment is an equal opportunity employer.
