Construction Laborer
Construction LaborersWe are hiring Construction Laborers for ongoing commercial projects in Fishersville, VA. You will support skilled trades and keep the jobsite clean, safe, and productive.
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare construction sites, remove debris and hazards
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the jobsite
Dig, backfill, and perform basic site grading as directed
Build, take down, or move basic temporary structures and barricades
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with general labor tasks
Qualification:
Authorized to work in the United States
At least 1-2 years of commercial construction experience
Reliable, on time, and able to follow directions
Reliable transportation
Own basic PPE and work boots
