The employee is responsible to comply with Resintech/Aries policies and procedures.Primary ResponsibilityEnsure all completed products are built according to the procedures, with proper packaging, labeling, and appearance.Ensure the immediate work environment is organized, safe, and clean.Report any quality issues to Quality Assurance and Operations Manager.All production employees must adhere to all safety and division procedures.Inspect work and outgoing shipments for final release and UPS processing as necessary.Improve overall production quality by reporting areas for improvement found thru production observation.Secondary ResponsibilityWarehouse responsibilities when necessary (product disposition, unloading/loading freight)Work with Operations and Engineering on new procedures and processesAssist Engineering in new projects such as verifying equipment settingsQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh school Diploma or Equivalent, 1-5yrs warehouse or production experience. Plus to be able to operate a forklift or equipment with training.Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand all dayMust be able to lift and carry 75 lbs.Must be able to operate a forklift.Work EnvironmentEmployee will work primarily in the production areas and warehouse.
