Senior UX DesignerWe are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support the Member Portal (web and mobile) within the Cross Channel Solutions team. This role is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for leading end-to-end UX efforts while partnering closely with business stakeholders, BSAs, engineering, and offshore design teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX design from discovery through high-fidelity executionTranslate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutionsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications in Figma (must-have)Collaborate in an Agile environment to ensure scalable, feasible solutionsMentor junior designers and contribute to UX standards and design processesSupport major initiatives, including an upcoming mobile app redesignQualifications3+ years of UX design experience in a corporate/enterprise environmentStrong stakeholder communication and collaboration skillsAdvanced Figma proficiency (used daily)Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered designPortfolio requiredPreferredExperience mentoring junior designersExposure to AI-assisted design workflowsFamiliarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS)
