The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and integrating several IT units across different locations, particularly in the US and UK. Experience with CMMC, DFAR, ITAR, and NIST is essential, as is a background in building out cybersecurity programs and merging IT systems into a cohesive and compliant unit. While not mandatory, a background in material sciences or manufacturing is highly valued.This role demands a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT systems and/or cybersecurity, who can demonstrate a proven track record in standardizing IT operations on a global scale. Strong communication skills are a must, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security is paramount. The VP of IT will play a critical role in the company's operations, and as such, candidates for this position must be US citizens or Green Card holders, with no recent travel to restricted countries.
