As the Operations Lead, you will oversee daily operational activities, implement efficient business processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve operational strategies. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring deliverables align with company objectives. You will also identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate the implementation of best practices.Who we're looking forProven expertise in operational management, team coordination, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze data, optimize workflows, and implement process improvementsStrong skills in project management and cross-functional team collaborationExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsTechnical proficiency in relevant tools and systems; familiarity with AI or data-driven systems is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a bonusExperience in a technology or data research environment is advantageousAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environmentWhat you'll doOwn customer engagements end-to-end, kickoff, milestone tracking, weekly status, delivery, retroTranslate customer requirements into project plans: scope, timeline, expert needs, deliverable spec, success criteriaCoordinate across the expert network, research team, and customer to keep work moving and surface blockers earlyBuild the operational playbook as you go; templates, trackers, QC checklists, handoff docs — so the second and tenth engagements run smoother than the firstBe the customer's primary day-to-day contact, with the founders pulled in for strategic momentsPartner with research on data quality: catching issues before they reach the customer, building feedback loops back to expert recruitment and protocol designWhat we offerCompetitive salary (range depends on level; let's talk)Remote-friendly or SF/NY
