We are seeking an experienced Web Development Software Engineer (Level 4) with strong expertiseKey Responsibilities1. Product & Project DeliveryDevelop and maintain scalable web applications using React.Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements, specifications, and quality standards.Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. 2. Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve development processes and team efficiency.Implement best practices in web development, UI design, and code quality.Support Agile development cycles and CI/CD workflows. 3. Collaboration & CommunicationCommunicate regularly with leadership regarding project status, risks, and milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX designers, and program stakeholders.Provide proactive updates and technical recommendations. Required Qualifications (Must-Have) Education &ExperienceBachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 8 years of web development experience (Level 3 may be considered with less experience). TechnicalSkillsStrong expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with Redux for state management.Solid understanding of React fundamentals including: o Functional components o Hooks o Context APIExperience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.Experience working in an Agile environment.Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and user interaction principles.
