The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Dynatrace and experience monitoring complex infrastructure environments.Key Responsibilities:Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutionsMonitor Windows/Linux servers, VMware environments, and AWS cloud infrastructureBuild dashboards, alerts, health checks, and performance monitoring strategiesSupport application performance monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and incident troubleshootingAnalyze monitoring data to recommend infrastructure and environment improvementsCollaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teamsRequired Skills:5+ years of Systems Engineering / Infrastructure Monitoring experience4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience (SME level)Strong FTP knowledgeExperience with Windows, Linux, VMware, and AWS monitoringUnderstanding of DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, and system performance metricsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsPreferred:Kubernetes/container monitoring experienceITIL knowledgeExperience in healthcare or financial services environmentsInterview Process: Video Interview followed by Onsite
