Advancement Practice Associate

A company is looking for an Associate for its Advancement Practice. Key Responsibilities Scope positions with clients and draft position profiles through in-depth listening and writing Develop a diverse candidate pool through extensive research and personalized outreach Cultivate and evaluate candidates, managing their progress through the search process and presenting them to clients Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and one to four years of relevant professional experience Experience in development and/or alumni relations is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and initiative to work independently Collaborative team orientation with a commitment to continuous learning
