Java Full stack Developer
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer (Supervisory) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, and large-scale data processing and a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize high-performance platforms and UI/UX applications integrated with modern data lakes and cloud services.Responsibilities:Lead technical design and perform hands-on development of key platform components.Build React JS-based UI/UX applications that integrate with APIs, chatbots, and conversational AI.Query and optimize access to data lakes stored in S3 and HDFS for reporting and analytics.Implement scalable, high-performance computing solutions and containerized deployments.Integrate with modern data platforms such as Snowflake for cloud-based data processing.Collaborate with product leads and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Optimize data processing pipelines to improve efficiency and response time.Partner with Risk, Model Governance, and Compliance stakeholders as required for regulatory needs.Work within Agile practices to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Required Skills & Qualifications:Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, OOP, and design patterns.Hands-on full stack development with React and experience handling large data volumes.Strong data structures, algorithms, and software design fundamentals.Proven track record building high-scale, performant platforms for data computation and processing.Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native architecture.Experience with caching solutions such as Pinot and Redis.Proficiency with relational and/or document-oriented databases and Linux/Unix scripting.Ability to translate business and analytical requirements into efficient technical solutions.Ability to guide junior staff and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.Typically 8+ years building large-scale, production-grade systems with depth in Java backend and distributed systems.Preferred Skills:Experience with AWS S3, HDFS, and Snowflake-based data processing.Background in financial services, Market Risk, or FinTech.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices and tooling.
