Description Work Environment & Travel Requirements: Initial Training Location: Training and qualifications for all instructors will take place in Fremont, CA or Tualatin, OR, depending on the products you will support. This training may require extended stays during the qualification period. Relocation: All instructors will be required to relocate to Phoenix, AZ on or about May 2027. Full relocation assistance will be provided. Travel: Must be open to travel up to 20% after the first year. Work Model: Company offers a variety of work location models (such as "On-site Flex" and "Virtual Flex") combining the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely based on the needs of the role. Position: As an instructor, you will deliver training to both internal and external customers on highly technical and sophisticated products. Training is designed for maintenance engineers that are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro-mechanical equipment. Effective training of customers and company engineers directly contributes to increased equipment availability and improved performance across semiconductor manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct training courses for customers and/or employees at Company's Training Centers using complex situations for multiple products. Utilize performance-based equipment training standards (PBET) using a variety of training methods, including: Hands-on using company capital equipment systems Classroom lectures Online classes Mix-media training strategies Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Validate the applicability of course material with the course development team. Prepare lesson plans from released engineering and field service documents. Must-Have Qualifications, Education, and Experience: 6+ years of military experience in technical, mechanical, or maintenance fields. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively. Clear, confident communication skills-both written and verbal. Customer-focused mindset with strong service and support skills. Effective presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
