Job Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and respiration rates. Patient Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues that arise. Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Education: Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
