The Sr. Client Service Specialist will act as the primary point of contact with the client at a particular site and work as an intermediary for communication between the client and their operations team. They will be responsible for tracking and coordinating shipment issues to the client to ensure prompt resolution and/or delivery and be responsible for purchase order accuracy, shipment tracking and fulfillment reliability. The Client Service Specialist will provide data integrity and reporting updates to leadership as requested.Compensation:$20/hr to $25/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one ofemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
