Position: Residential Sales Consultant Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Income potential of $90,000+ within first two yearsSupplemental pay types: Salary + CommissionSchedule: Monday to Friday w/ some Saturday appointmentsWork Location: Remote Responsibilities:Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned market segment of Delaware to generate new business for the company's products/serviceMeet with prospective customers to properly assess and measure scope of jobDevelop clear and effective proposals/quotations for prospective customersCoordinates sales efforts with sales management, marketing and production teamsNavigate Salesforce to efficiently quote projects and manage project pipelineWork harmoniously with Project Managers to insure proper installationSelf-generate leads in Builder CommunitiesFlag/mark the desired fence area for proper installationRequirements:Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience preferred (a plus if in the home improvement business)Bachelor’s degree a plus but not necessaryFriendly, outgoing, “go-getter” attitudeExcellent communication skillsKnowledgeable in CRM (Salesforce a bonus) Ability to set and manage own scheduleBenefits:Work From Home FlexibilityProvided Company LaptopProvided Company Vehicle + Gas Card401(k) + Company MatchHealth, Dental and Life InsuranceAbout Fence & Deck Connection: For over 35 years, Fence & Deck Connection has designed and installed high-quality fences, decks, and screened porches for Maryland, Delaware, Richmond, VA, and Savannah, GA residential customers.
