Barista and Customer Service

We are searching for and energetic team member Who wants to work 4 days a week Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, 12:30-6:00 and some Sunday morning . More hours are available if wanted The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, must have barista and food experience,is passionate about the food and beverage industry, enjoys working with people, graduated from High School and 18 years of age. The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that's welcoming and engaging. Interact with both new and regular customers Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items Contribute to a positive team environment Maintain a clean and sanitized work station Follow health and safety guidelines Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance Skills Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service Tidy and self-disciplined Detailed-oriented and passionate about product quality Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: Disability insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid training Retirement plan Experience: Barista: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
