Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations following shift open and close requirements. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Assist customers with full menu service at the bar; ability to sell the menu items to enhance customer experience. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as necessary to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for fine dining environments. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety. Support catering events or special functions by setting up bars or serving stations efficiently. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS system to enhance efficiency in order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling are crucial for accurate transactions. Background in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving or bartending duties is advantageous.
